Thing is I’ve run these for about a month and a half. Ph was always 7.4. Until now. ????

Your airstone and aeration is alright. Just to check and make sure, is there any gasping?
Have you put recently in the tank that would cause your tank pH gone up?

I’ve not put anything in this tank . Everything has been the same. And nitrite shows 0ppm. Doing nitrate now.

Ok, check the nitrates. High nitrates could have caused the health issues, but I doubt that high nitrates could have caused the spike in pH (NO3 does not cause that).

Ok. And maybe would this have something to do with it or no? This is nutrients for plants ...?

I’ve used them for two months though so doesn’t explain the spike this week. It’s NilocG Thrive caps.
Clean your filter super good. (Don’t rinse the cartridge in tap water, as you will kill the beneficial bacteria)

Clean the actual filter inside and out, with hot water. Rinse the filter cartridge in used aquarium water.

Not cleaning a filter, can also cause high pH.

I did a water change two days ago. Should I really clean out the filter ? Won’t that kill beneficial bacteria ? The filter cartridge is new. Replaced it two days ago as well.

Noticed my male molly is just sitting at the bottom of the tank. He’s usually always swimming ... is the PH causing him issues ?

Yes, you really should clean the filter.

And no, it won’t kill your bacteria. Make sure not to rinse your cartridge in tap water.

Don’t replace your filter cartridge, unless it is completely falling apart. (That is just something large retailers tell you, you should do)

It might be... if you have high pH in your tank, it can chap or chemically burn your fishes skin. Are you noticing any skin changes on the fish?

Don’t notice any burns or anything. He’s just staying at the bottom now.
