He is a he, he is a male not a female 100%. I'd say intestinal worms then if he is eating normally. Water parameters? Is the tank cycled? Are you sure you are not overfeeding? I'd wait for @Colin_T to see what he says.
I’ll take water parameters again in just a minute and post them.
Tank is definitely cycled.
I feed every other day. And not enough for it to hit the bottom of the tank.
Your pH has spiked just like that? It may have caused the sudden bloat.. Any other symptoms? Or just the bloating? The spike may have stressed your fish, and when the fish are stressed their natural immunity to diseases decreases just like in any other animal, but since your fish are eating normally I doubt the pH spike have stressed them that much honestly.
I suspect the fish having intestinal worms, but I coul be wrong as I'm really really bad in this. I'd wait for @Colin_T 's opinion on this, but I agree with @PheonixKingZ , that is a huge pH spike.
I have done nothing to have such a high ph spike. Everything has been kept the same ... I’m so confused on it. What do I do ? Just checked ammonia. It’s at 0ppm. Checking nitrite next.
