Would you buy this?

Head is for when raising water, When using a pump to e,pty a tank it is the reverse. The water is usually flowing down hill, so the flow rate should not be diminished from maximum capacity.
As I understand it, the OP pumps the water from his tank to the sink. Unless the sink is lower than the water level in the tank, head is applicable here and it won't flow at max capacity.

In the UK, math sounds funny as the full word ends in s :)
But why would you snip out the middle bit of mathematics ? :) 'Suppose it has some truncation rules relationship to "don't" . At least you guys spell "colour" correctly :)

It's just different ways in different countries :)

My father, who was very good at maths and sat his school certificate in maths a year early, always said to use shortcuts whenever possible. Like dividing by 10 then by 2 is much simpler than 60/1000 x 150.
Agreed.
I think I was in the last year at our school forbidden to use calculators during maths lessons. The other kids in our street were using them in CSE and O level exams within two years of that.
Im in my 60s and unfortunately not rich enough to have stopped working in the construction industry. The young lads at work whip out their calculators to do the most basic of adding up which I’ve done in my head long before they’ve got an answer. Theyre so daft they laugh at me saying it’s because I’m too old to work out how to use the calculator function on phones…….
