Would This Tank Be Suitable For Breeding Panda?

My fry tank will be empty of fry within a few weeks, i hope to sell the 12 pygmy juvi's in there.

And has the hot weather seems to have dampened the corys ardour i was wondering whether a 15x12x12 tank with mature filters would be suitable to house 6 pandas with an attempt to breed them...?

I would clean it out and fill it with water from the main tank so i could do a straight swap to save stressing them too much.
I'm just concerned whether the box filter and small hob would be enough to handle their load without any spikes going on..

May I ask what the orange/yellow fish in that picture are and the same for the all black ones? I've never seen that in my life.

The orange ones are gold laser corydoras,can also be known has orange stripe,colour variations of the aeneus species.

The blacks corys are Black schultzi
