Worst Water Change..

This has to be the worst water change...

It started of when my bucket cracked and started spraying with water so I had to rush out the house before everything got wet but I forgot that my hose pipe was still sucking out water. When I came in there was a puddle on the floor and because the water got so low the heater came out of the water and smashed.
So I spent 10 mins taking glass out and cut myself

that's so much worse than mine; all I did was kink the hose while refilling and the back pressure jetted a huge fountain of water across the kitchen; and, Murphy's Law, aimed right out the kitchen door, so I had to get soaked to turn it off

That bucket was used to fill up my tank but because that broke I had to used 1 litre jug

I've had a few stressful water changes like this, it usually ends in very loud swear words and a very wet floor.

I can usually do some tank or other without spilling something, but there's always one

my tank is upstairs, and i had a box of water and plants on the side because i was doing a big rearrange.

picked the box up and it split, sending about 5 litres of water straight through the boards (i dont have carpets) into the downstairs light fittings.
