I like anacharis a lot and it sure grows, I just have a little hornwort left floating so I am keeping my one fry safe in the fry net. I was going to add more but I think I will add more anacharis and let it bend on the surface to provide shade.

I am going to call my LFS to see if they want to buy some from me. (Or exchange them. Last time I gave them a generous clump of broad leaved Anacharis, in exchange for 8 neon tetras. I’m looking for some rummy nose tetras this time.)

They have a large number of Rummies in the display tank at LFS. They get a LOT bigger than I thought. Quite impressive.

I have some driftwood I may add later plus I plan on looking for some more this summer. These stumps I had in the basement from my cichlid tank days. I may add some java moss to them.

Thank you, I may add one more shoal of small tetras or just add more to the ones I have already. Without the large castle the tank seems to have so much more room for them to swim. My glow light tetras took over the center of the tank with the embers still sitting in the anacharis forest on the left side. The neons are here and there. I have to add a few more embers when thing get back to normal.

I think it's a Retired (early, so still youthful-ish) Viking shaped tree, let's not call in the Valkyries yet!!!

Must edit: I just now viewed the video and have to clarify, VERY few of Arthur Rackham's illustrations shown in the video portray Valkyries.

The strong women in armour riding horses are the only representations that really apply.
(No criticism to the you tube poster intended).

I entered the sunken forest tank in the TOTM contest so I guess it is done even if I still make little changes. Wish my camera took a better picture of it. The LOTR tank is going through silent cycle and is doing well. The fancy guppies had fry already. I was thinking of adding more but still up in the air on fish. I ordered frog bite but was told they can not sell it to me. So I am doing some reasearch on what other floating plants I can order. Also thinking of redoing my shrimp tank. Hope you are doing well. Sounds like they are lifting the c-19 restrictions here due to the state court ruling our governor can not make orders that go against the constitution.

Im good thank you wheels are slowly starting to move here in the uk too. More people back at work this week and the goverment have loosened up on time we can spend out exercising etc.

Yes ive seen your tank in the totm (youve had my vote)very nice, i think youve done a great job. I like the idea of the sunken forest.
What kind of shrimp do you have?
