I'm lucky in that I have a favorite local fish store that will special order 'oddball' fish for me as long as their suppliers have them or can get them. You might try striking up a friendly relationship with the owner and/or staff of your favorite shop and see if they'll get in some of the things you're looking for.

Since my primary area of interest is in West African fish, I often order fish directly from an importer. My favorite is at http/www.rehobothaquatics.com Unfortunately I don't think he ships to the U.K. and shipping from Africa to Houston, Texas and then to Great Britian would be prohibitively expensive. You might check with your local stores and see where they get their fish.
