Wills has stepped down from moderator duties...

Our valued member and moderator, @Wills, has stepped down from all his years of helping to moderate the forums. We appreciate all his efforts over the many years he has been a moderator. He will, however, still be visiting our forums.
In honor of his retirement, he will receive a gold watch and full retirement benefits. (JK)

Should he decide to come out of retirement, we have left the door open for him.

No. I doubt they actually get paid for this.
They need that to keep the forum running. There is monthly charges and anything they want to be added costs as well.
The extra money probably just goes into the next month expenses...
