Then there is my con.I found him a buddy,i have no clue of the sexes but they get along just fine  so thats good, but now when im cleaning the tank he gets very upset he starts biting me.He never did that b4?? :dunno:

Any in put on either of these would be great. Thanks guys.

When it comes to breeding cons are the rabbits of the aquariums. Youll have tons of fry to deal with. One good thing about it though is that the fry make excellent live food for your angels. On the subject of the angels they may be re-establishing territories. Keep an eye on them over the next few days and seperate again if one doesnt seem like he can defend himself or gets too beat up. You may just end up having an overlky aggresive angel. After all theyre cichlids and can be real knuckleheads. Keep us posted.

Hey Knucklehead! ;) Well if thats the case i think ill be feeding my angels the fry for sure

The angels have been fighting an awful lot and they seem to both go at each other, although the male is the aggressor most of the time, shes no angel either.Shes fairly beat up so if worst comes to worst the best I can do is get a seperater because I have no other tank I can put him in :dunno: If they spawned again do you think they wouldnt be so aggressive??Maybe they are just your typical couple...always fighting

P.S I finally parted with my fry :byebye: except this one weee lad,he hasnt grown much at all,all the others were twice his size.I figured he was a little weaker than the rest and decided to keep him and make sure he does ok :look:

Hey guys!Just a little update the angels seemed to have calmed down quite a bit  They still go at each other a bit but nothing out of hand.Yay!!!Finally they have calmed down!! :kana: :D  B) ;)

beware breeding cons can be terribly aggressive, as for angelfish, they will most likely always fight unless you can abolish all terratories, perhaps removing them all from the tank for a week or two, and re-arange the tank, then put them all in together - this might work.

I generally find though that if fish fight they will always fight untill one (the less dominant one) withers away :-(
