Why Do My Filter Pipes Keep Blocking Up

it happens GMC ... it's getting them to feed in the first week or two. I do my best to add moss balls and java moss and the sponge filter but if they won't try to feed there's nothing much more that I can do. It's just very upsetting for me.... feeling a bit dispondent right now
