White Stuff All Over Tank While Cycling

The issue is that this white stuff is all over the tank but i'm still in the process of cycling but this white stuff just start tanking over the tank.
 
The tank stats are:
 
Tank Size: 10G,
Fish:
       1 Dalmation Molly
       1 Turquoise Guppy
       1 Marigold Platy
       1 Mickey Mouse Platy
Filter: Top Fin Carbon Filter
 
If there is anymore info you need then just ask because i really need o figure this out.

Sounds like it may be the bacterial film that occurs during the cycling process, thats pretty normal and goes away of it own accord over time.
 
Can i ask why you're doing a fish in cycle?
 
Also these fish are in singles, these species do best in groups btw.
