If you tell everyone where you are and what fish you have got in the tank it will enable people to advise what treatment to use.

i just use normal white spot treament formalula which is a blue liquid takes for days to clear it up plus another good thing is to put the temp up a bit if u can

The temp thing does help, up to as much as 30 degrees C for trops. Don't try medless treatment, get something like interpet 6 (think that's their whitespot med) and dose the tank as soon as you can.

I agree with Andy, put your location and tank stats in your profile, then we can offer better help more specific to where you are from such as meds that may be available in the uk and not in the us for example. Also knowing what size and how your tank is stocked is useful too.
