Hi guys,

I built my pond about a year ago and I have seven happy little fish living in it.

Today I have noticed that one of them (seven inches long), has a white bubble like growth (4 mm diameter) in its mouth on the underside of its lip and it seems like there is a smaller growth appearing beside it.

The fish seems happy enough. He is swimming around as usual and is as hungry as ever. The other fish seem fine. I test the water regularly and it all seems normal.

I'm stumped. I don't know what it is and what to do next. Can someone please help me.

Thanks

Sounds like a cyst or blister of some sort? I would advise lancing it and swabbing it with some peroxide and keeping him in quarantine for a few days but first I would check a more high-traffic forum like KoiVet.
