If you're looking at keeping clown loaches in it, I'd think more than 90 litres would be a bright idea - they keep on growing up to about 12" don't they?

yeah i know they can grow pretty big.. but i dont have enough room for a bigger tank.. sorry i mean longer tank
that why i thought id look for a taller tank
if the clowns get too big i'll have to offload em ... great fish though really comical

Unfortunately you will have to re-home them as they will need I would think at least a 55g tank, 4ft long. Trouble is, in keeping them too long, you will stunt their growth which is not a pleasant experience for them.

The height wont make a difference to then, its the length and width that important
