Where To Get My Plants From? (Uk)

Simple question: Where should I get my plants from in the UK?

Check in with your LFS to see if they have what you want or if they can order what you want in.
Other than that I don't really know what to suggest as I'm not a big plant fan. I'm sure you could find a good online store somewhere?

java moss, java fern, crypts, vallis...etc

Seapets can usually supply you with very healthy plants, it's where I get mine from now and all have been fine examples in grade 1 condition.

Ebay sells them very cheap in my local pet shop they want 6 pound for 3 stem plants on ebay i found 100 for 20 pound or i could get 50 for 10 pound. I have bought them from ebay before and was very cheap and was very happy.

For specifics I use aquaessentials. The green machine is highly regarded for quality, but it does have prices that match that.

Plantsalive.co.uk have a good reputation, I havent used them myself but a friend of mine has and he was very happy. He ordered the surplus they had and they were a nice selection of healthy plants

I have used ebay a few times, could not complain.

Edit: thought I would add, I also used java plants for a collection years ago. As long as you dont mind having a complete variation of plants from around the globe in your tank i found them to be good value for money.
