Where to find Filter instructions

I'm getting second hand Fluval 404, and Fluval 4 filters, and the guy I'm buying them from doesn't have the instructions anywhere. He's setting it up for me, but would like to have some documentation for the future. Does anyone know of a website for Fluval (the obvious Fluval.com didn't work)? Or even a site that has instructions on set up and what goes where in the canister?
