Where To Buy Fish Online In The United States?

I've been to three pet stores, and one that specializes in fish. I couldn't find many of the fish I wanted for my aquarium at the three places. The local fish store has EXPENSIVE fish for such a little size(like $25 for a 2" clown loach). What are some good internet stores that sell fish at a reasonable price? I'm mainly looking for zebra loaches and community fish.

Have you asked your lfs to special order, i find that much easier than worrying about when the fish comes and having to take the day off of work waiting for it...

I'll try asking them on Monday. Shipping really kills the deal on buying fish online.

Ya that too. But you should have some luck there, my lfs has gotten everything that i had wanted within a week or two with no problems.

the trick to ordering fish online is to get a group of people to order together. Then you split the shipping cost greatly decreasing the cost per fish.

I'm looking for some people to order with right now. anyone need cichlids or catfish who live in southern virginia or northern north carolina?

Aquabid, Liveaquaria, online specialty shops, etc.

You just have to look.

Franksaquarium is good for rareish fish and inverts.

I've had good luck with both liveaquaria.com and petsolutions.com. Fairly inexpensive shipping, and every fish I've gotten has been very healthy.
