Fish Crazy
how can u tell if ur guppy is gonna have fry 5 days before she has them?
does that apply for mollies too? i can't really predict them.mashimaro_0000 said:oh here is also some fact.... if you see you gupply is being kind of hostile when other fish get too close to her or declaring an area... that's the sign. ( to my guppies that is.
Ive always had guppies, and i to notice a difference in their behaviour before they drop. But i also find predicting molly birth times allot more difficult. They are allot more colourfull and no so see through as the female guppies thats why i find it more difficult.guppy97 said:does that apply for mollies too? i can't really predict them.
i had a few 1 week old frys and i placed a pregnant molly in the breeders tank, a few hours later they where gone. never again would i do that. i think 3 weeks is fine.haaris said:i bought a pregnant female 5 weeks ago already
pregnant but she still hasnt given birth and has
a huge appetite.
shes probably been pregnant for 6 weeks and still
no fry.
can i put her in the aquarium with my 1 week old
mollie fry.
p.s. the mollie fry are abnormaly large bigger than
the guppy's tail(1cm) is that normal
if i put my guppy in a breeder net for 2 weeks will it harm the female guppy or the upcoming fry?
