hey everyone, haven't been here for -ages-. well anywaysss summer vacation is near and i'm planning to stock up on a few bettas. i found a AWESOME place here in vancouver http/www.fin-omenalfish.com/betta.php

they have a great selection of bettas =D ranging from 3-20 dollars cnd. like half moons. cts. deltas, dts and everyhting. they also freaking have all your breeding needs like microworms and stuff hot eh? So, I'm planning to pick up a few fish this sunday along with some micros and a few supplies i need. gonna try to breed this summer. and NOOOOOO im not the little annoying kid that pisses everyone off anymore

Ahhh! I LOVE fino! Dawn and Kathy are great! They give me discounts on all my bettas and even gave me a HM for free

I got my opaque boy from them, ya know? Maybe you'll find your opaque while you're there!

(PS: If you spot any plakats.. could you make a mental note and tell me bout it when you get back? =P Richmond's awfully far but I'm dying for more PKs!)

SWEET! =3 i am so hoping i find an opaque. do they have pretty females there? and yes of course i'll see if there are any plakats ;o. my parents work near you so if you want. you can tlel me what kind of plakat you want and i'll see if i can pick it up for you haha you think they'll give me a discount if i tell them your name?

Haha, it wouldn't hurt!

They used to get all kinds of females but lately the selection has been really limited. The last time I was there, they only had girls from their own spawns.. no VTs or anything but nothing outstanding. Have you thought about going to BC Betta in Langley? It's only about a 30 minute drive and she has some amazing stock for pretty low prices!! She charged me way less in person than she would have through her site!

i gave them a call just now and they said they didn't have much in stock because they're changing over their betta system but they do have some white. marbles and etc which sound PRETTY nice theres a copper halfmoon but that costs 25 dollars O_____O. crowns are only 10 bucks and the super deltas are 20 bucks =/ they said they only had half moon and sd females and they're all blueish greenish which isnt exactly what i was hoping for and they were still fairly small

I bought one of their blue/green girls. I don't think I'll breed her but if you want her, you can have her. I actually have quite a bit I'm trying to rehome.

I'll probably drive out to Marianne every now and then so if you ever wanna come along, you're welcome to!

sweet! i really wanna go to marianne xD. I'm trying to see if my parents are willing to drive me to marianne's this sunday but iunno =/. too bad tthey're not getting anymore from thailand. sheesh. they kidna do cost a lot =S
