Noticed one of the panda Cory seem to be swimming oddly this evening. Can’t seem to control buoyancy. It’s still moving around and seem to be feeding. Just tested the water and the parameters are fine. 0 Ammonia and Nitrite and around 25ppm Nitrate.
Video below , anyone know what’s wrong?

It might have ingested too much air and has air in its intestine. This should come out eventually if it is (yes fish fart).

Try feeding the fish on frozen and live food for a week and see if it helps. The frozen foods can help push the air out quicker than dry foods. Many dry foods have air in them.

Thanks. Doesn’t sound too bad then, phew...

Would skipping feeding a day help? I don’t have any frozen fish food at hand.

Skipping feeding for a day will not help because the fish needs food to help push the air out. No food means the air stays put.

Ok thanks. She still looks lively albeit floating around so I'll keep at eye out.
Hopefully she gets better soon.

Not looking good for poor Cory... she seems to be only moving at the bottom of the tank and likes hiding. :(

So the fish is still moving but not eating much. Noticed the fins are rotting away.
Will it be more humane to consider euthanasia @Colin_T ?

Check the water quality for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate.

Add some salt (2 heaped tablespoons of salt per 20 litres). Keep salt in tank for 2 weeks. If the dorsal fin gets worse, add a broad spectrum medication that treats fungus, bacteria and protozoan infections.

Thanks @Colin_T. Sadly the fish passed away yesterday.
I don’t notice any signs of infection other than the fin rot.
The other two remaining Panda Corydoras seem to be doing well.
