What’s wrong with my Betta?

I gave him a 1/4 pea yesterday and he went to toilet no longer bloated. I’ve attached a pic of his fins he looks the same as when I got him but it’s my 1st time with an aquarium so I’ve no experience, appreciate any feedback

I wouldn’t have known what he was called until you mentioned it the other day, any other advice or tips that you have wud be greatly appreciated, I’m thinking of getting some floating plants I’ve read that bettas like that, I also read that they like to play with ping pong balls is any of this true ?

I have never had a Betta that liked to play with ping pong balls.

They do like floating plants, just make sure they still have surface area to breath. I recommend Salvinia or frogbit.
