Whats The Dearest Fish You Have Ever Bought?

Whats the most you have ever spent on a fish?
I have been fish keeping for a year and a half and the most expensive fish i have bought was a golden nugget pleco for £32.
Sadly it died 3 weeks later (Guted!) Whats yours?

My most expensive fish will blow your minds! It was £12 He is my Bristlenose Catfish. Maybe in the future when I get another tank I'll get something a bit more, although I'm a little scared I'll kill it.

Well my delhezi would have been my most expensive, but i didnt buy it

I traded an african clawed frog for it haha.

My most expensive fish was a Royal whiptail that cost me £45. Had him for 6 months and then sold him when I had to move my tanks. I think he is still going strong though.

I know people spend a LOT more on fish though (one of my LFS have some MASSIVE pleco's starting at £90 upto £120+).

I spent £35 on a plec once, but that was a few years ago and i dont have him now.

I've also spent £27 on a betta if you include postage.
