Whats Nitrate Poisining!!!

Nitrate poisoning is an extended time, usually months of high nitrates. Usually the nitrates has to be above 100ppm for a length of time. You always want to keep nitrates below 50ppm in the least and 15-25ppm as a goal. Regular water changes will acomplish this.

Tiger barbs doing the handstands are normal from what I know of them and nothing to worry about. Not saying you do/don't have a problem but this is normal from my experience with tb's.

Did you mean nitrite poisoning by chance?
