What’s happened to my ram? Pls help

Every food is made of something living, there's no exception. The whole creation is feeding from something else living.

Carnivorous fish wont do well on greenies. They eat bugs and larvae, worms and crustacean principally.

I know I just can’t have food that is in my fridge but I do have lots of meat food as listed above.
