What To Be?

My friend went to Africa to do a 2-month bush ranger course. It sounded amazing. Might want to look into that. I think if you're going to become a conservationist or something, you should definitely make use of the traveling and exploration opportunities.

You dont do animal jobs like working at a zoo for the money as they arnt that well paid. You do it for the enjoyment.

Yeah pretty much what everyone else said, Crap Money, Good Satisfaction.

If you want well paid jobs it will definitely be maths or science based, with the exception of law.

But money is not everything "Well to some" and Job Satisfaction is just as important.

I'm in science class not art...... So I think that because I love animals a lot, then maybe I'll go for a zoologist, if anyone has any suggestions instead of a zoologist , I'm all ears!! Except that I hate mathematics and physics

Murse... lol....

Marine Biology is hard to get in too...

lol welcome back and might i say marine biologist is wayyy lower than vet $$$ wise , from what ive read at least and i hope its accurate as its a site used by college prep

why cant it just be become a dentist hahaha

Yeah, exactly same as what others have said, good job satisfaction, poor money.

Are you in America? As college in the UK means the gap between school and university. I'd suggest doing a uni degree in zoology if thats the route you want to go.

My uncle graduated as a marine biologist, he works at Thorntons. I'd suggest get as much experience as possible working with animals to see if it really is for you before you commit to anything.

lol dentist would be my last resort just throwing stuff out

well idk about you but everyone here is "you want lots of money to get nice things then become a dentist"

its sort of true they make about 130000$ average, vets are around the 100000-110000 mark, ichthyologist 30000-60000 and i think zoologist is 50000-80000, marine biologists arearound the 40000-50000

imo id do what i love but becoming a vet is harder than becoming a dentist wierdly enough :/
