The people I have on there were people I had previously added to my contact list, but they were all message allow. I guess the new 'My Friends' replaces that, and as a result the people went to the block list? I've received messages from all of them since they've been on there.

Yup, that says it for me as well. I am not sure that they are actually blocked though as I do get PM's from them. I also have that (Message Allow) thing set so perhaps it is harmless, just disconcerting. Whatever, I think it needs attention.
