:D Hi i woke up this mourning to find some little tiny black specs on the glass later on i found out it was a bunch of fry in my tank i have

6 zebra danios
3 bumble bee gobys
3 swordtails
4 mollys
7endlers
6 neons tetras
1 monnlight guorami
and a bunch of glowlight tetras

it would be much appreciated if anyone could tell me what the mysterious fry are
thanks a lot tomo9 :good:

Black specs on the glass sounds a bit like Danio fry, but they are incredibly small. If the fry are a bit larger, it's probably one of the Livebearers. Any chance of a picture?

thanks 4 the advice if i see one i will take a picture

Here are a few pics of my mollie fry and mommamollie!

I've had her for 4 months and have had 3 batches of fry. But never know when to expect them, as momma mollie always looks ready to pop!

Here is Momma, and a pic of my tank, which is cloudy from Melafix.

I love TFF!

Have a great day!
Adam

I am almost positive that they are danio fry! They are born looking like eyelashes, and cling to the sides of the glass for the most part.. some eggs are buried in the gravel and escape hungry mouths, but dont be too excited, they wont last long.. they usually need certain types of food and are easily eaten as they dont swim away very fast when a fish approaches.. I watched my platies gobble up my danio fry.
