What Tank

I'm going to be setting up another Discus set up fairly soon and its going to be fully planted. I'm looking for a tank roughly 5'x 1.5'x 2' or 4'x 2'x 2' needs to be 425L - 500L, just wondering if anyone knows any well known brands that make one that size. Closest I can find so far is a Rio 400 but I don't really want one of those to be honest and they look like they have built in filters you can't take out and I'll be using externals. I'd like something with the stand the same width and depth as the tank too and Rio 400's don't, any ideas guys?

Juwel tanks are really good tanks, Steve. You can take the filter out, and i'm sure theres some for sale in out classified section.

Have you thought about custom made tanks? That way you can get the specs you want.

Also I would look at second hand tanks if you haven't already thought aabout it. Especially with larger tanks there are some great bargins as there's a limited market for them.

Look at Aqua El tanks, they are cheap but so far I have no problems with mine

At our petshop we sold one that was about 300+ litres with a cabinet for £365 I think it was

would really recommend nd aquatics. i got my 5' x 2' x 2' delivered two weeks ago and im very, very pleased with it. the tank is good quality and my dad whos a joiner said the cabinet was very well built. they have 3 style cabinet options with any effect u could think of. they are ideal if you already have the filtration sorted.
