What Should I Do?

Oh, heck no. I may be a black mailer but I’m not a liar. :)
Why would you be a liar? You are the mod and you do have respect:)

People always spread bad news more than good news. If you have a bad experience with a business, you are going to tell others about it. Whereas most people that have good experiences with a business don't always tell others.

But yeah, nothing like a bit of bad publicity to encourage companies to help out a bit and help speed up the resolution process. :)
I use to do customer service training at new employee orientation at the hospital. I always said that a satisfied customer may tell one person about his experience but a dissatisfied one will tell everyone he meets.

The confused emoticon looks pale yellow with some shadow to me.

You guys need to remember that shops sending out fish are trying to get the fish to you in good shape. They don't want the fish to die during transit because they have to replace them and it is bad for business. They can't be held accountable for couriers taking 4 days to deliver those fish unless the shop specifically says "take your time".

As I mentioned earlier, if you are going to buy fish online and have them delivered, ask the shop to pack them in bigger bags with more water and oxygen and some Ammogon so the fish can last longer if it takes more than 12-24 hours to be delivered. Alternatively, go visit the local pet shop if they are open and you are brave enough to go outside. Just disinfect yourself before you get back in your car and again when you get home.

Covid19 is slowing down deliveries from couriers and the normal post office so expect delays and make sure the fish can live in the bags if there are delays.

I lose my respect at times by my own fault. I’m only human. :dunno: Look, there’s that turd again!
He is yellow with a shadow but I'm gonna call him thay now because it's funny:)

But it’s the seller’s responsibility to be sure the fish are properly packed, in correct size bags, check temp of location shipping to and place heat/cold packs in box. Some shippers are great. Some have learning to do.

Update: Colin was right (of course). My little Panda Cory is right in the middle of the bronze Cory gang. He thinks he’s one of them. :)
