What Names Have You Given Your Fish?

I have a polypterus with one eye i named it One eyed willy.

i had a pair Oscars called Ronnie and Reggie
and a clarias catfish called the shrimp it was two foot long it used to get out of the tank
and scare the dog

Haven't named any of my fish for years, but i used to have a pair of Frontosas called Fred and Fredette.

I don't name mine as i would just forget. I havn't even named my turtles yet lol had them about 3 months

Cambodian male : Beetlejuice

Female 1: Love Juice
Female 2: Tor Fin
Female 3: Fire Fin
Female 4: Steel
Female 5: Ruby

BN Plec: Mr Hankey (gf's choice, I don't think she likes him lol)

CAE: Pikey

The rest I haven't bothered naming lol

I dont tend to intentially name my fish (mainly because I normally keep shoaling fish so its hard to tell them apart).

At the moment my pair of blue rams and called Mister and Misses, one of the flame tetras is called Bob and whenever anyone in my family talks to me about my fish my blood shrimp is called "lobster" (because when my sister saw it she thought it was a lobster...).

None of the other 30 or 40 fish and inverts have names though I can tell most of my flame tetras apart (out of the group of 16).

My girlfriend and I name all our aquarium pets, we lead a sad life...

First, my girlfriend's fish:
1. Large angel fish: Calypso
2. Small angel fish: Wednesday (it's all black so was named after the daughter in Adaam's Family)

My pets:
1. Rainbow shark: Skittles
2. Red claw: Chopper
3. Albino Sucking Catfish: Gonzalis

My son's:
Phantom tetra: Tetro


Plus we also have:
2 x snails: Lotto and Shelley
2 x tetras: The Mafia
2 x Kuhli Loaches: Bill and Ted

I did name all the fish but have stopped calling them by their names, they are just 'pandas' or 'otos' the above are the only ones that get called by their names.

geophagus - hannibal(even though it was a female )

When I get a breeding pair of cichlids, the male will be called Rocky and the female Adrian.

Every one of my fish are named Steve. Makes it easier to remember. I don't know why Steve but I use it for everything.
