What Kind Of Shrimp Is This...

I wanna get a few cherry shrimp now and all my fish have pretty small mouths - I have guppies and dwarf gouramis - so they shouldn't eat them! Will cherry shrimp breed in the tank? I spose it doesn't matter as the eggs/baby shrimp/larvae/whatever will get eaten.
