Here is a list of fish that I have now. I was wondering what kind of fish I can add to this list.
6 Neons
3 adult Black Mollies (2 females 1 male)
10 baby Black Mollies
3 Red tail Platies (currently but getting more, 2 males 1 females, getting more females today)
1 algae eater Albino Catfish

Will Swordfish be okay with the fish I have now? What other kind can I get?

Thanks

swords will be fine with wot u have

also

gouramis(dwarf)
guppies
danios
maybe barbs but more than a couple i'd say

but it all depends on tank size really but theres a few 2 get ya going at least :)

without knowing your current tank size i cannot say, they will be ok together its just whether you have the space for them

Is it cycled? How long has it been set up? What are your water parameters? I would get rid of the catfish, as they like to be in large groups and you dont have the tank space for them im afriad. I think swords will be fine. Im pretty sure you tank could be classified as almost over sotcked, so i would go with just 2 female swords, they will breed with your platy if you really want to have them make babies ( if you buy them pregnant). Guppies would be a better subsitute for swords though.

The tank is cycled. It has been running for 6 months total and two months before fish was added. I may try the swords, I had guppies and they died because the ph was always toooo high and amon also. But now I have them maintained to where I haven't had to do a water change for a month. I don't have very much gravel in the bottom, only to cover the bottom and to mound it enough for the plants. I don't know how I am going to get rid of the cory, for Petco doesn't take them back or buy from private parties. I would hate to kill it. I am trying to get the tank fixed so my husband doesn't have to do anything with it while I am laid up from my back surgery this month. All he would have to do is feed them. Thanks for your help.

u need 2 do a water change more often than this ,every week at around 20-30% is about average otherwise u will start having problems with amonia and nitrite levels rising endangering ur fish even 2 as far as killing them.

about the cory depending how close u are 2 others im sure some 1 will take him for u :)
