Well thank goodness I decided to take some pictures today. My photo program is on a computer in the office so I head in there with the camera. Low and behold the computer won't turn on. So I'm looking around and notice that my tank lights aren't on. Then I noticed the filters aren't running either

My husband is sitting at his desk on his computers and he says that one of the filters started "screaching" so he turned off the power strip So these two tanks have no filters, no heaters, no lights

Would it have been that hard to come and tell me, "Honey, one of your filters is running dry". It's not like he's an idiot, throw some water in it

So I'm all ticked, but the best part is that now he's mad at me for "Having so many fish that bug him"

Gimme a break

Initially he said it was an accident (yeah, when you walked over there and hit the switch?) and now it's my fault for having fish in the office

You know, that would be fine had he unplugges the filter or even shut the strip off had he come and told me he had done so. I already fed everyone and I may not have even been back there again tonight. Those tanks would have been at 58 tops by morning

My gf, does not want to know anything, but I keep telling her, and I would have been informed immediately

Not everyone knows about fish if you live with someone who doesn't give them a few pointers so if they see or hear something they can tell you. If I knew nothing about fish I wouldn't even touch it lol I'd be too worried I'd break it or something.

The thing is that he knows the basics, he had a nice tank with a school of RBP's when we first started dating. I'm just so mad!

We have a ventrillo team speak server out of our house and I told him next time someone on there is annoying me I'll just turn off the whole server. He says that's not the same...I agree, the guys on team speak wouldn't die if I shut down the server for awhile

Ah, I thought he didn't know. His fault then. I acutally overpowered my room with a heater the other day and the circuit popped and i thought the house lost power and I'm wondering why no one has noticed. It was only my room. Before I knew it was just my room I got a little worried lol, especially after 17 days if fishless cycling.

LOL thats so funny, my g/f does some dumb this as well somtimes, she almost gave my fish the whole tin of flake foods once because my BP wasnt getting enough
