Mamashack- yes i plan to sell them to the fish store i bought the Black mollies from. They will buy them from me. They need to be a bit bigger though still. But i still love to watch the baby fry. I had bought some large shrimp for my Angel and he has turned his nose up to it and my mollies will attack the shrimp like crazy. I think Snow White has become the Dominant Molly in the tank. Not sure. I put some sand in my 30Gal tank and it looks awesome. Still got a little cloudyness but i'll post a pic soon! No more blue gravel! yay!!!

Got an LFS here that will take them but not until they are 3-4 months. Not worried about selling them just want to be able to make room for the inevitable next brood! lol
Think I might put some of the bigger ones in with the betta I'm planning for the cycling 30L but only once he's settled in and I can tell if he's aggressive or not. The 2 tanks are side by side so he'll be able to see the other fish and I'll be able to see if he flashes at them or not.

today i looked at my two black mollies and Spot has suddenly swollen up and began looking very preggers again! Maybe she will drop some!

I got home tonight and started watching Prince Charming and he has taken up to his Lady chasing and flicking his gonopodium about at them. He has settled into his tank now I reckon and I will probably see babies in less than 28 days. One of my Gold Sunset(Well, that's what i call it. My bf has a Gold Dust Molly that is Gold on top and white bottom, and that is not what my mollies look like) Mollies is very big and she keeps running away from Prince Charming. I'll try to get a pic of her if she will hold still long enough. She keeps trying to hide from Prince and he won't leave her alone sometimes, but he realized there was other ladies in the tank to chase!

Feeding time for the mollies! Here is Spot looking like she is about to sink to the bottom of the tank cause she is so fat!

The preggers Gold Sunset is on the far right. Prince Charming is on the far left next to Snow White and the other no name female molly. Does anyone else think the same thing I do. That the two are preggers? Spot and no name gold molly

Well they have rounded bellies but nowhere as big as the right one. They could be pregnant.
Poor old no-name molly - why hasn't she got a name yet? lol

Neither of my Gold female mollies have a name! LOL only the two black mollies the male Gold molly and my silver molly has names: Momma, Spot, Prince Charming and Snow White. I need two more names for my two golds but i still have to figure out how to tell them apart! Other than atm one is more rounded than the other, cause that won't last long! Not with Prince Charming in the tank chasing them! Spot is the Black Molly pictured above. The Gold molly on the far right I'm thinking is pregnant. The Gold Molly in the middle I'm not sure about. She is skinny compared to the other female Gold Sunset.

I bought 7 Platys back in October, a mix of males and females and have been keeping an eye on them ever since.

Only one female gets pregnant, I have no idea how often she births, I haven't been watching that closely, since October I've never seen any fry in my tank and have just been assuming the fry have been lunch.

I was doing my regular daily check of fish to make sure I still have everyone and spotted a Platy fry!!!

It's less than 10mm long at the minute, and very dull in colour, I have no idea how old it is or from what batch but its a survivor that's for sure!!!!

Here it is dead centre of this photo......

Lets see how things pan out shall we???!!!!!
