What Have You Been Bitten By?

Ive been bitten by my oscar and my jd. Neither really hurt, it was just a shock.

Had a few close calls with my Gymnothorax tile moray once I started raising the salinity, He got rally aggressive with more salt. I did have a bad run in with my 9 1/2 foot columbian redtail boa i had, thought my hand was a big rat and took a bite. top and bottom of my hand was cut wide open, looked like razorblade cuts!

none of my fish have ever bitten me ......... but ive got a funny feeling that could be about to change

My pair of SAE nibble me when ever I dip my finger/hand into the tank I also frequently get bitten my my pair of Zebra Angelfish and Glowlight Danio. My Congo Tetras and Silvertip Tetras also bite me hand a lot, really hard. My Congo Tetras have these massive jaws

i have been bitten
by a few fish in my
time i have also been spiked
and impaled by one or two as well
one right through the palm of my hand
and a couple of time in finger and thumbs
from a clarias cat fish which made my hand
swell up like a balloon also been bitten by
a horse and a rottweiler which the next time i saw
i bit it back now it wont go anywhere
near me now and i have also been bitten
by the worse bug of all of the the bug
in 1997 never been the same since

I been bitten by the most evil of all fish - a guppy! And one of my gobies that sits on me and nibbles my skin. I wish my angelfish got close enough to bite me, lol.

Well I have an update My angel fish nipped me, My Discus have nipped me when I hand feed them. None of them hurt the angel made me jump. My good sized severum almost got me thinking I had food. I think thats it. OH I had my little emperor tetras nip at me every time I had my hands in the tank I it was annoying. So thats it.

Buster, my 10" flowerhorn bites me all the time when I use the gravel vac. He hates it ! Used to draw blood all the time. Now I wear big thick, shoulder-length rubber gloves when I do it. He still bites me through them, but at least he doesn't draw blood anymore !
Strangely, he is not aggressive to my hands at any other time when they are in the tank, just gravel vac time. He must hate the noise it makes !

did you get that from a chip
in your tank along one of the
edges if you did i did it about
15 years a go i needed to go and
get it stitched as i couldn't get it
to stop bleeding as it was right on
a crease and every time i moved it
opened up again there not nice

I;ve been bitten by a moray eel I had
I regularly get bitten by my lawnmower blenny and I was bitten by a RoyalPython which scared me but didn;t hurt!
