What Happens When You Leave Your Betta Unsupervised Around Food

Mine did the same thing, and I had the same 'oh crap' reaction! He just sat in his log for a day and didn't even try to swim.

It looks like there's something on his eye... My betta had something like that and I freaked out cause I thought it was fungus. Im not saying it's fungus though.

It might just be a reflection from a camera flash though.
