What Do You Think Of My Stocking List?

My tank just finished cycling, I've had my stocking list picked out before I even got the tank.
It's 120 gallons and heavily planted. I've thought long and hard about this, and this is what I really want to do. I've read about all my desired fish, and I'm almost certain they're all compatible. I've got an Eheim 2075 (280 gallon).
This is the order I plan to add them in:

1 Week - 6 Long Finned Rosy Barbs/Congo Tetras/Black Ruby Barb (Not sure which one, yet).
2 Weeks - 1 Rubberlip Pleco, 3 Rummynose Tetras.
3 Weeks - 2 Rummynose Tetras, 1 Black Lace Angelfish, 1 Flame Gourami.
4 Weeks - 1 Angelfish, 5 Corydora Catfish.
5 Weeks - 1 Blue Power Gourami, 1 Kribensis Cichlid, 1 Keyhole Cichlid.
6 Weeks - 5 Featherfin Rainbowfish.
7 Weeks - 4 Gardneri Killifish.
8 Weeks - 2 Gardneri Killifish, 3 Lyretail Killifish.
9 Weeks - 4 Marble Hatchetfish.
10 Weeks - 2 Marble Hatchetfish, 3 Silver Hatchetfish.
11 Weeks - 2 Silver Hatchetfish, 3 Kuhli Loaches.
12 Weeks - 2 Kuhli loaches.
13 Weeks - 5 Glass Catfish.
14 Weeks - 2 Glass Catfish, 2 Hillstream Butterfly Loaches.
15 Weeks - 5 Oto Catfish.
16 Weeks - 2 German Blue Ram Cichlids.
17 Weeks - 5 Oto Catfish.
18 Weeks - 1 Checker Board Cichlid.
19 Weeks - 5 Clown Loaches.
20 Weeks - 2 Cockatoo Apistogrammas.
24 Weeks - 1 African Brown Knifefish.

Keep in mind the clown loaches have a very, very slow growth rate, I plan to rehome then when they get around 7". I arranged the fish by their difficultly. Some are hardy fish and can be in newly cycled aquariums, whereas others need a well established aquarium.
What do you think? Do you think it's over stocked? I'd love to get an elephant nose and a few more apistogrammas in there, but it's not recommended to keep two electrical fish together and I don't know if I have room. What do you think? I'd really love to hear some opinions on this.

Thank you!

Just briefly scouring that list, you need to reassess your combination...

Rubber Lip Pleco (Chaetostoma spp.) need heavily aerated water, often do better in understocked tanks because of their intolerance to organic matter, most need a temp of ~21C for >8mg/l of dissolved oxygen. Too low to work with most of your fish list.

German Blue Rams need very warm water (27C minimum) and are not considered to be great fans of current. Tricky to keep for anything like their potential lifespan, Bolivians are hardier, but even they need 25C.
Male killifish are often aggressive (to the point of murder) with each other.

Hillstream Loaches need very similar conditions to Chaetostoma (they would work very well as tankmates), but not a good mix with your other fish.

The African Brown Knifefish may well consider Kuhli Loaches and Rummynose Tetras as "live lunch" as it gets bigger.

Hatchetfish do better in "huge" groups of 15+, very skittish, easily stressed which makes them vunerable to infection and jumping out of the tank.

Multiple gouramis need at least 3+ to spread conspecific aggression, but even then males will get very nasty with each other.

Clown Loaches need warm (25C) high current tanks, a group of 8+ (ideally more) is far more preferable, which will put a large bioload stress on your filter. Prone to Ich and ultimately will outgrow your tank (why buy something which the LFS will then replace with more, if you have little likelihood of giving it adequate 6-foot plus conditions long term?)

Lot of different cichlids there, I suspect they will play "gladiators" on the tank floor and certain species (Checkerboard, Keyhole) will be "eliminated."

Two angelfish that are not an established pair is dangerous, one will likely bully the other to death, its a case of 1 or 6 (and then move others on if a pair forms).

Kuhli Loaches need "huge" groups to thrive, 10+, with lots of hidey holes scattered so that you might actually see them out and about once in a while.

Not a definitive list of issues, just some I spotted.

well as said above, that knifefish is a worry and I think there's more than just the khulis and rummys it will see as snakcs as it grows to its potential 1 foot in lenght.

also, I'd say your filter is inadequate for that tank. If it's rated at 280g turnover per hour you will be barely acheiving 2x the tank volume through it each hour. 4x is much more preferable.

The filter is rated for a 280 gallon, that's not the gph flow. I'm not sure if that's the model, it's either 2075 or 2078.
From what I've read the African brown knife normally only get 8" in captivity.

I plan to keep the temperature around 79F. I read both the rams and clown loaches are fine with that temperature. The fish I would like are fine with the temperature being a bit higher then they prefer as long as the tank is highly oxygenated.
As for the gourami I have two males in a 30 gallon and they do fine, I've never seen them fight in 7 months. I also have a group of 5 kuhli loaches in my 30, they're not skittish at all, they're healthy and they do just fine.
The hatchetfish, I could probably increase the number.. But I think I'd like to see how it goes with the amount I have selected first.
Poor water quality is the result of all sicknesses, and I never allow my water to get bad. New tanks I check the ammonia, nitrite and nitrate every 3 days for the first few months to make sure everything is fine. I'm on a schedule for water changes, so I don't think that would be a problem.
