just cause it has the most information doesn't mean its correct, some of the stuff on there is soo brief that it wasn't worth adding

This place is the best without finding this site i wouldn't of fell in love with fish keeping and also i would have done a lot more mistakes than i have thanks to everyone's advice

Afff, surely the spread of knowledge only benefits fishkeeping and allows others to pass on information to a wider audience.

This site is great (its the one I use the most), but its very broad and not very specialised, no doubt others like myself will go to other sites that specialise in certain areas of fishkeeping eg. arowana, planted tanks, cichlids, marine.

Personally I found cichlid-forum useful as my main interest are new world cichlids (they have articles as well as a discussion board). It also depends on your individual interests to which site you find most useful, if you list what you're interested in theres most likely a dedicated forum/site to go to that will give indepth knowledge.

I too leant the basics from TFF but i have moved onto specialist plant forums, although i still visit here frequently as a thankou to the members who helped me

As I've said above, we do not direct members to other forums. True, exceptions can be made if an unusual situation comes up, but it won't be on this thread.
