What Do We Think Of The Moderators Here On Tff?

I think they are ok but the some of the rules they have are a little stupid and unneccesary.

Such as?

Like you can't say shut up with out being put on watch where your post have to be approved before they are added. Or when some people are having alittle disagrement the topic gets closed and a few others.

You guys are right there every where, around every corner.

I get the feeling we aren't allowed to talk about anything but fish....yeah, I know it's a fish board, and I guess that's why, and I believe you use to have a general board and that they did away with that, but this is a fun group and I'd like to hear your views on stuff other then fish sometimes, but whenever a non-fish thread crops up it seems to get closed really quick. No biggie though, I like the mods and they know their stuff and it's a fish board and what more do you want?

Some boards I go on have power crazed little Hitlers telling folk off for nothing, and banning them at a whim, and once banned - you cannot argue your corner !!!!

Telling someone to "shut up" is plain bad manners and would not be tollerated in the real world and therefore is not tollerated on this board. Politeness costs nothing.

Well not all of the credit. Sometimes it's hard not to bite the hook the troll is hangin in front of you. Thanks to the tff members for not screamin at each other all the time.

well, the only thing i dont like about the mods are they dont ban the trolls fast enough and they let post boosting threads exist, like this one the trolls get a good 40 posts before they are gone. other than that, the mods are alright. how come there is no neutral option? i dont have to like or hate the mods do i?

Yeh i agree with wolfy, they should re-assign the jobs of the moderators that don't log on for atleast a month or two (unless they have a reason )
