Other methods tell you to add ammonia every time it drops to zero but this makes so much nitrite it stalls the cycle. With the method in the link you only add ammonia when certain targets have been reached and this stops nitrite getting to high.

Thanks! At this rate, I'm not sure I'll ever see my cycle start... I just did a 50% WC, added more dechlorinator, more Stability and a little more ammonia. We'll see what happens...
