I have a 30 gallon tank, and I'm wondering what kind of fish I can put in it. I also have a bunch of other random questions!
I really want Electric yellow/Yellow lab Cichlids, how many can I fit in a 30 gallon? If they wont fit, I'd probably get some sort of Ram.
Can I get more than 1 pair of Cichlids (small ones), will they have enough room?
How many other types of fish can I add to 1 or 2 pairs of Cichlids and what kinds?
Is sand easier than gravel to use/maintain?
What sort of free/homemade decorations can I use in my tank? (These things are expensive!) I was thinking of using some big rocks from somewhere..

P.S: If I have to special order Cichlids (Which would probably end up happening..) What sort of combination would be best? FF, MF, or MM? Not too big on breeding but if a MF went together the best I could manage..
