What are you doing today?

Assuming one ounce of blood per vial...so they took out almost a quart of blood. you must feel very tired.
I have low blood volume anyway and dehydrated so yes a little, not more than usual though! I feel relatively good today

There’s a lot! All the different mineral and electrolytes levels, heavy metals, hormones, blood cortisol, inflammation, autoimmune markers, genetic stuff, kidney and liver function, blood clotting, heart disease, blood cell count and plasma, metabolic etc etc etc (I can’t remember more off the top of my head
One of the tests they had to do was draw while laying flat for 15 minutes and then again when standing, postural changes can even affect the blood. As well as fasting vs not.

More than 30 tests, but 30 containers of blood :)
Ohhh
So they can take the containers and split it up and then test further...
How many tests are they doing then?
How long did it even take to get all that blood from you?....
Seems like it would take a while.
Also if each vile is an ounce, that's a lot.... like way too much. I mean you must be completely drained. Literally.

you should try to drink more water to help increase volume. And eat a nice rare steak.
I can’t drink more water unfortunately, although they’re considering a port for weekly IV infusions

Idk if she can eat steak... 😬
Allergic to beef 🤪
I do eat some. But I try to stick to chicken as it’s low fat (have to avoid fat) but high protein and allergy free

One of my mom's family members was allergic to beef and would break into hives. But every now and then she just went: "Screw it, I want some beef and steak now" 🤣

Hey! Chicken is still really good!! Are you able to have it fried at all?...
