Well, on Friday, my parents, a friend and I hopped in the car and drove five hours to Billings, Montana for a youth rally. Had a wonderful uplifting experience. The host family we stayed with had an almost two year old girl and an almost one year old boy. So not a lot of sleep, but hey! It's all part of youth rallies. Highlights include visiting a chocolate shop, singing, playing dodgeball at the gym, and my personal favorite, we divided up into five groups, each group was given $70, and we came up with a way to use the money to give back to the community.
And I watched the movie Cruella twice, once while driving to Billings, and once while driving back because for the vast majority of the drive there is no signal and I didn't download that many movies.
It started to snow as we drove back, and today as I look out my window there is snow dusted over everything. Wyoming fall is here!

Today is R/O day. Making up the low TDS water for change day. FYI . R/O membranes deteriorate over time. My current one has been in use since March 14th. I use it to make up 35 gallons per week. It started out at 2 PPM TDS and is now up to 18 PPM. Factors in the deterioration are conductivity of the source water which varies throughout the year and exposure to chlorine. It will start going fast now and I will end up replacing it when it can no longer keep the finished water under 50 PPM. Probably in December. A new membrane is $35 bucks. Pretty cheap per gallon.

Well I mean yes and no. It's not that long if you just take the 7 weeks into account.
But @WetPetMum, just like a lot of us also have had their tank setup for a while wanting to put fish in. And extra time added on to waiting can be frustrating.
I do agree, today people are just used to getting instant gratification but 7 weeks plus however long their tank has been set up can be a while.
