Me too but currently it’s gonna continue to be 3+ times a week until something changes

Views from hospital windows have a certain sameness to them.
As a kid, I spent many many days in hospital. It went on for years, but then patterns changed and suddenly, I was back in school and rolling forward.
I recently spent months and months visiting my wife (except when COVID was killing a fair percentage of the people on the ward she was on) as she had an almost 2 year stretch of hospitalizations with cancer surgeries and chemo reactions. Now she's walking 7km a day and living her 'normal' life again.

You know your situation, and a chronic condition means regular hospital visits. I hope that changes for you soon.
