As a counter-strike player I could only dream of an update that big Valve seems to have its attention on other titles at the moment. What's your download speed like?

I've heard those games can have some TERRIBLE update sizes loll.

Well rn it's at like 17-19 mbps cause it's only patching 3gb but earlier it was doing around 15-18 mbsp cause it was the 20gb update

damm that low I'm on average 90+mbps. My old internet was a lot worse than 15-18mbps though so I'm not complaining.

Oh yeah, this is very low... It's not a gaming computer, just a high quality one. So I can't play extremely high graphic games. The game I have now is on the upper end of graphics this computer can take.
Any high graphics games are on the series x lol

As long as its playable thats what matters I have been thinking of a ps5 or series x but still unsure. My PC is in need of upgrading tbh.

20 GB? That isn't really big. Thank the heavens that I currently have ~300 Mb/second downloads as a couple of my games are a bit large such as Baldur's Gate 3 and Horizon Zero Dawn. To initially install they are well over 220 GB combined.

It honestly depends whether or not you like the Xbox exclusives or the Playstation exclusives more.
Imo, Playstation has a wider selection for their exclusives.

Although when it comes to quality, I've heard the Xbox series x runs stuff way better. The system is just better built.

It has also had a larger 40gb update in the past...
Since it's a relatively newer game, it gets frequent updates

Oh, Baldur's Gate 3 is new enough that one of the requirements is that it be installed on a solid state drive, SSD. It gets updates quite often but most are small. Last major update was something like 60 GB and took in the area of around 30 minutes or so. I haven't installed Horizon again since doing a wipe and clean install of Windows on my main system (I have 6 running systems) and don't know if I'm in a hurry to do so... sort of an odd game.

I doubt that there is much of anything out there that I could not run at the highest graphics settings as I have an 8 core/16 thread CPU and a massive video card that cost me over $1100.00 USD. Actually with gaming the graphics card is more important than the CPU. I also do a fair amount of video processing and the high level video card helps a lot with that as the conversion software can make use of the video processors to dramatically speed up the conversions.

Fall weather has been perfect so far . I’m still running garbed in shorts and a short sleeved t-shirt but the TV weatherman is predicting more seasonal temperatures next week . Finally had our first very light frost Wednesday morning .

Sold 12 juvenile red coral dwarf platys to my lfs. I now have sold over 75 of these guys since August. Preparing for a weekend with my daughter’s family. There is a family wedding on Sunday and the grandkids will be here since they are flower girls in the ceremony. Their dresses are so cute.

I changed my normal gravel with pool filter sand, a cheaper and safe option for the tank. And looks awesome! I do not have any pics yet, but when I do, I will edit it in. I changed it in my 10g tank. No issues with fish in there to make the swap. I am so far impressed.

Today I went out to stay in the country side. There are many farmers where I live and I was invited for a nice afternoon at one of our local farmers. The weather was great for being outdoors.The only thing I didn’t like were those windmills that generate electricity. It ruins a bit of the beautiful scenery we’ve got.
