Today.... well.... I had brioche for breakfast, carrots and hummus for lunch and having frozen pizza for dinner since we are going away and I don't want to bother with having food in the house.
I had cous cous with beetroot, spring onion and boiled egg for lunch and being lazy, I nuked a small jacket potato in the microwave with baked beans and a little cheese. Ahh well... not *too* unhealthy!
