What are these small white balls?

I have noticed some small white balls sitting around the opening to my fake rock and also small white dots on the glass and leaves of my real plants, its not a massive amount im just wondering what they are? if anyone knows. All 8 platys are well and its day 5.

I'm thinking that they might be snail eggs? Do you have any snails? Can you get pics of these things?

I'd say eggs, but it's kinda hard for platys to lay eggs.

I have'nt got any snails,but could they just form?.
Ive only got platys so i dont think they are eggs.
The only way i can describe them is like tiny sea urchins, a ball with a small hole(dent) in the middle
I cant realy get a picture of them because they are about 1/4 of a milimeter in size but i wll try tommorow,the fish have been put to bed now and i dont want to turn the light on and frighten them.

They could be snail eggs... I'm no expert though. I know when i got some guppies yesterday I somehow ended up with two tiny snails in the bag...

They dont seem to move they are mostly on my fake rock and just white dots on tank and plants.Becoming more confused by the day.
