Oh right people can change their own thread names right.

So little update, still no tank. Mid-end April now...All this spare time keeps making me buy more stuff haha. Equipment list is as follows

Sicce Syncra SDC 6.0
EcoTech VorTech MP40 (brought a MP10 and then changed from 10mm to 12mm glass thickness)
Tunze 3155 ATO
2 x 300w ProTemp S heaters
Inkbird heater controller
Aqua Medic Gen 2 Media Reactor (dual media)

Sorry guys, I had every intention of doing a build with pics and videos...but I had some blips with phones etc, so Ive got the final product only. The tank is three weeks old and fully cycled as of yesterday, so its D day for fish today. 12 gallon to 80 gallon is going to be fun for them....I have tried to capture a natural tank while keeping low tech. I think its turned out pretty well...let me know your thoughts

Looks an amazing tank and the lighting is really modern looking. You have done well with the scape and planting.
Are all the plants attached to the structure? If so it’s a good idea for a low tech.
Half a dozen black corys working over the light sand would produce a nice contrast, but needless to say whatever fish you choose I’m looking forward to seeing them in their new tank.
Thanks for sharing your project👍

Looks absolutely amazing! What plants have you used in there? Is it all kinds of Java Fern and Anubias?

Are those kessil lamps too? I love that you've got the black silicone on a rimless tank, I want to do this kind of thing but it seems so counterintuitive with optiwhite glass but I dont do glass lily pipes so think it works. Think it looks better on a big tank too.

One bit I'm not 100% on is the rock in the middle it looks a bit lonely by itself - what do you think about moving it to the right a bit? If you get the chance too, I'd add in a medium sized gravel or rock to step between the rocks and the pea gravel but I love the effect you've made, when the fish start swishing the sand around a bit it will looks really natural.

So interesting you've gone for a sump! Can you talk me through what all the parts do? Is the media reactor for your aerobic bacteria for the Ammonia/ Nitrite or is it for anaerobic for Nitrate processing?
