What's the best way to clean/get rid of them my 70l has some after I rescaped it

Do you mean on the outside of the glass? If on the outside you can clean it however you wish (glass cleaner, polish etc), as long as you make sure that none gets into the tank. It's a good idea to spray the cleaner on the cloth rather than directly onto the glass.
