Much better. That Catalina Goby is so pretty. The pseudochromis might still be too aggressive for your tank so if you have your heart set on that fish, add it last and keep a close eye on it.
 
The only thing about the catalinas is that they are a subtropical species, meaning they like temperatures in the low 70s. I've heard from some cases that having them live in a higher temperature shortens their lifespan and from others that they are fine longterm :blink:

when mixing the salt water is it ok to add tap water to tank and use tetra marine tapsafe to declorinate it then add the salt
